Loren - I've heard Rev. Manning speak before and I'm always impressed by him having the balls and brains to stand up and fight the standardized PCness which has been constructed in the name of racial equality, but in actuality has created divisive tensions between blacks and whites. That pedestal and chip on the shoulder DO have to be removed so that people of different colors can relate to each other as human beings instead of blocks of oppositional political entities.
